目的
在當前教育改革的浪潮中，「大學社會責任」（USR）已成為高等教育的核心議題。2024年師培研討會以「師資培育的關鍵驅動力: 精進 x 特色 x 師培USR」為主題，旨在深化師資培育與社會責任的連結，創造教育新價值。本研討會將探討如何通過師資培育解決地方教育問題、落實國家教育政策、縮小城鄉差距、推動永續發展目標（SDGs），以及促進大學研究與教學轉型，以培養具有社會責任感的未來教育者，推動教育創新與社會進步。
Objectives
In the current wave of educational reform, "University Social Responsibility" (USR) has become a core issue in higher education. The 2024 Teacher Education Seminar, themed "Key Drivers of Teacher Training: Excellence x Distinctiveness x Teacher Education USR," aims to deepen the connection between teacher education and social responsibility to create new educational values. This seminar will explore how teacher education can address local educational issues, implement national educational policies, reduce urban-rural disparities, promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and facilitate the transformation of university research and teaching to cultivate future educators with a sense of social responsibility, thereby promoting educational innovation and societal progress.
